Please help us spread the word about Keeshae Jacobs out of Richmond, Virginia by sharing this report.
RICHMOND — The Richmond Police Department is asking for the local public’s assistance in locating missing 22 year old Keeshae Jacobs out of the Richmond, Virginia area.
Keeshae was last seen on September 26, 2016.
Keeshae was 21 years old when she vanished on September 26, 2016. She would now be 22 years old. She was last seen when she and a friend went to a home near Chimborazo Park, on the block of 3100 East Broad Street in Richmond. Keeshae was wearing black basketball shorts, pink and black Nike basketball shoes, and a pink scarf on the day she disappeared. On the night that she was last seen, she texted her mother to let her know she was staying over a friend’s house and would be home the next morning. Her bank account, cell phone, email, and social media account usage have all come to a halt immediately following her disappearance. Not only was Keeshae uncharacteristically breaking a daily routine by not calling or texting her mother, but ever since she was last seen, her phone went straight to voicemail every time her mom attempted to call her. Keeshae was extremely close and open with her mother, who she lived with and regularly spoke to and confided in throughout each day. Shortly after Keeshae’s mother last saw her daughter, a few of Keeshae’s friends came forward with information including a male friend who admitted that he drove Keeshae to another man’s residence where he believed she would meet up with a mutual female friend of theirs on the night she vanished. Although the male resident said he did indeed see Keeshae on the night of her disappearance, he claimed she was later picked up from his home. This man’s home was searched by police but yielded no evidence or leads pointing to what may have happened to Keeshae. The male friend who passed this information on to Keeshae’s mother also claimed that their mutual, female friend sent him a text message stating she would be at the residence he dropped Keeshae off at, however, this female friend said she never sent that text message. In November 2016, a man named Randy Watkins was arrested and charged for malicious wounding and child abuse in Henrico County, Virginia. Randy admitted he was with Keeshae on the night she vanished. On January 8, 2017, Keeshae’s brother, Daevon, was tragically shot to death. Although Daevon’s murderer has no ties to Keeshae’s disappearance, Daevon had a strong bond with his sister. Over the past year, Keeshae’s mother has been dealing with two, heart wrenching tragedies where the absence of her two children are a constant nightmare. While dealing with her son’s death, she has been keeping the search for her daughter very much alive, even when she gets tortured with prank calls from heartless people claiming to be her daughter or falsely claiming to have knowledge of her daughter’s whereabouts. Keeshae’s friends and family have posted flyers, conducted numerous candle vigils and prayer services, searched the area where Keeshae was last seen, and have even gone door to door to inquire about their loved one’s whereabouts. The Help Find Keeshae Jacobs Facebook Page was launched in the hopes of spreading the awareness and generating tips that can finally reunite Keeshae with her loved ones.
Keeshae is described as:
• GENDER: Female.
• ETHNICITY: African American.
• HAIR: Brown.

• HEIGHT: 5 feet 3 inches.
• WEIGHT: 105 pounds.
• OTHER: Keeshae has numerous tattoos, including a leaf on her right foot, paws on her right upper thigh, a flower on her right shoulder, “Toni” on her left shoulder, and a flower on her right wrist. She also has her ears pierced.
